Open a parts request and choose Technical Support as the category. Include the serial number and a short description of the fault so we can answer without a follow-up.

The serial number is printed on the technical label fixed to the unit, next to the model code. Quote it on every support or warranty request — it identifies the exact build and the components fitted to it.

Every unit carries a technical label with its model code, serial number and a QR code. Scan the code with a phone camera to open the technical information for that unit.

Every model in the range runs on R290 propane, a natural refrigerant with a low global warming potential. Multidecks are energy class B; counters and freezers are class C.
